Vitamin ???

Hi Pat, I found what I think is a good multiple vitamin in capsule form called Solgar VM-75. My question is: Do I still have to double the daily doseage for a non-chewable Adult vitamin??? Or was I doubling the chewable because they were intended for children??? Thanks - Darla

Hi Darla,
I would want to take a look at the vitamin. Many vitamin manufacturers make one pill but make it larger so you don't have to take two. If you are coming to the Feb support group meeting bring it with you.
