Hi all! I had my visit with Dr. Allam today. During our chat, I told him about a sub-lingual Vitamin B12 that I have found, and he suggested that I share the info with you.

If you are like I am, your sense of taste has increased exponentially! I cannot stomach the taste of the sub-lingual liquids, and found that the sub-lingual tablets took forever to dissolve. On my last trip to the pharmacy, I discovered sub-lingual B12 MICRO-LOZENGES! They are made by Nature's Bounty. They dissolve very easily, and don't taste like soap!

Another trick I found in a WLS magazine was, in my opinion, brilliant! To be sure your multi-vitamin tablets are doing their job, place one in a shot glass filled with water. If your tablet does not dissolve in 30 minutes or less, you are not getting it's full benefits. (In the beginning, chewables like Flintstone's, or liquid, are prefered, but as we move along, tablets are fine. I got sick of the taste of the chewables REALLY fast!)

Nanette, thanks for posting about those B12 micro lozengers. I'm about ready for new ones and I will definitely get those. We really had a great meeting. Lots of new people having the surgery or thinking about it.

Hey Wendy, you missed you chance to pass Regina in postings. SHE'S BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. Unfortunately I won't be posting for awhile as my computer is getting an upgrade and I probably won't have it for about a week :( But when I get it back, it will be a real speed demon :D

Hello Everyone I am back in business. Miranda's husband Wally fixed my computer all up. Thank You Wally;)

Now before I get into anything else I want to say I had a great time at the meeting the other night. What a turn out we had. I was so happy to see everyone again and to meet all the new people. It was nice to meet you Brian, Donna and Hediye.

Now Wendy Were you worried about me? Did you think that something happened to me since I haven't been here? Its ok Wendy I am ok had some withdrawal not having my putter but I am back now so watch out. You had a perfect opportunity to catch up and you blew it:p I know you were probably so busy in that GREAT DELI:D

Damn Regina....I was so close......if I stayed up 24 hours a day for the past five days I MIGHT have been able to catch up!

About the meeting? not a fan. I much rather a nice chat session with ourselves.......I dont think that there are that many of us that are in the stages of plastic surgery. Maybe their are people thinking about it all but there cant be too many of us that are 2 years out.......and ready for it.....this thing right here in front of us is the perfect tool for researching!! I Missed our usual chat session....and it was too bad that there were so many "NEW" members that probably would have benefited alot more from a chat session....
Anyway...thats just my opinion.
