Just a note to say hi. David and I missed the last two meetings, who was sick, who wasn't, the weather was bad... But the good new is I just saw Dr. Allam this morning and I'm down 101 pounds. My one year anniversary for the surgery is May 1st. I was so exicited when i left the office. This has been the best year of my life. Let me know what happened at the last meetings.

YOU LOOKED SO GOOD AT THE MEETING, IT IS A WONDERFUL FEELING, ALL OVER. I BET YOUR HUBBY IS THRILLED ALSO. AND I BET PEOPLE ARE SAYING TO U THAT U SHRUNK, YOUR SHORTER, RIGHT EVERYONE THOUHT THAT OF ME AND I SAID NOPE DIDNT SHRINK THE WIEGHT MADE ME LOOK TALLER, LOL LOL. Sorry Joyce I have been just so darn busy. I am now the secretary for my daughter’s woman’s softball league and that has been taking up time. Don't even ask how I got involved with that LOL. So now I have to take minutes at those meetings and write them up on here to give out. Lets not forget the newsletter which I really enjoy doing. Now I have power point so I am going to see how I can fit that into that ;) I just love experimenting on here. I promise Joyce that one-day next week I will get to you to show you how to post graphics’ we will set up a date. Ok have a great day my LOSER FRIEND :)
