I got my SURGERY DATE today!!!!!!

Hi all,

Well, it's finally a go........I have a surgery date for Monday, February 12th!

I've been making phone calls and setting things up, because I'm a planner, and just one of those type of people that makes sure everything is going well!

I will be attending my first support group meeting in January! JeanM is my sister in law, and I'm pretty sure we're going together.

I can't drive right now (medical reasons), and have to wait for two more weeks, at least, to be cleared to drive. Going to the appointments I've been going to has been hard. Thank goodness for my parents and my husband. They are all godsends!

I can't wait to meet you all....at least as many as I can! It will be really nice to be a part of a group of people just like me! I'm so excited!

Glad to hear that everything is just rolling along. Can't wait to meet you at our next meeting.

Make sure you take a good before picture of yourself to look back on. If I have my camera at the meeting that night, I will take one if you want. I usually take them for people.
