Hello Everyone. I just wanted to drop you a note and let you know how I was doing. It is warm and beautiful in Florida. I am down 149 pounds and feel wonderful. Since my surgery 10-9-03 I have been able to enjoy life and participate in my son's life. He is at that terrible 2's but I call them the fastmoving 2's. Attached is a picture of Joshua and me on Easter Sunday. I can't thank Dr Allam and his staff for all they did for me. I don't mind being called a loser today, I am actually in control of what I eat and how much I eat for the first time in my life. I love this journey most days but it is still hard to believe that I am the one in the mirror and pictures. I am down to 18/20 from a 30/32. I hope to see all of you soon or at least to hear from some of you. You guys could come down and visit me in Florida you should have your support meeting here one month. LOL
