Hi everyone....
I have had an opportunity to go to Russ's Weight Loss Management Center in Riverhead. What a COOL place! The staff is awesome, Russ is lots of fun, and eveyone seems to be enjoying themselves as they work-out. It's great to know that as you exercise, your pulse and blood pressure are being monitored, as well as your caloric output. Pretty cool!
The equipment is perfectly suited for us "bariatric" patients, as well as anyone else who would use them, so that they "fit" us properly.
