Hi everyone.

Our October 17th support group meeting should be a great meeting!

We are fortunate to have Zoraya Pod, a pharmacist, coming to talk about post gastric bypass medications. For example-what can or cannot be crushed. What is absorbed differently, etc.

We also have Russ L'Hommedieu, a physical therapist, wellness coach, AND bariatric patient coming to speak to us about his experiences, as well as his new practice in Riverhead. It's called, "New Life" (Nutrition & Exercise Weight Loss Initiatives For Everyone) Weight Management Through Movement. I hear he is quite a character, so we should be well entertained!

See you all there. New patients at 6pm, everyone else at 6:30pm.
