Nice to know someone wants to talk. I do sign on to this site but most of the time no one is available. I had my surgery 2/8/06 and would like to talk to gals who are going through the different stages I am going thorugh.

I am on on and off this site most of the day while am at work. If you are talking about eenings, Wednesay evenings after 9:00 usually is good for me.

Can you post this month's notes from Tuesday evening's group?

Question: I am getting a little bit frustrated, I am loosing only a few pounds a month, any suggestions how to increase my weight loss? I am active with the exercise, could iit be my age?
