If I remember correctly a suggestion was to try CELLFOOD to help with the hair loss. Fortunately, I did not have that problem. Also make sure you are getting enough protein in. I would drink about 4 Whey Protein shakes a day made with 1 cup skim milk, 1 container of yogurt and some frozen berries.

How much weight have you lost? Everybody is different, I had my surgery on April 7th and the pounds just seemed to come off until September/October when I hit a slow down. Some people slowed down earlier. Just remember to make sure you are following the program to the T. I also started exercising 6 days a week (Curves) on May 12, a little over a month after surgery.

Hope this helps.

Christine, Since 2/2/06 I have lost approx 30 lbs. I see Dr. Allam 3/5/06. What and where can I get cellfood?

I have exercised a little but have been having problems with my back (rods) so I have not been to the gym. Good intentions and hope soon I can get there a few evenings a week.

I believe most health food stores sell it. I know that Second Nature, a Health Food Store, in East Hampton has it. You might want to call Vitamin World or Vitamin Shoppe. Otherwise someone who is closer to your area might know where it is located also. I checked online and you can get it from VitaminShoppe.com.

Hey Patti,
Don't Worry About The Lbs. It Will Seem To Sit Still, Then All Of A Sudden, Like Overnight, Another 5 Will Shed. 30 Lbs, Not Even A Month Yet, Your Doing Great. But I Do Remember That Happening. Keep Up The Good Work And Try To Get In The Excersize!!
