Weekend Escape

I am 3 wks out and I am tolorating food nicely. I need some guidance, I am going away for the weekend with my "Red Hat " ladies at a spa, what can I eat? It will look terrible to pack up my food since all our meals are included.

I have also bought sugerfree martini mix @ Bariatric.com, may I have one over the weekend.

Can you give me a menu to follow.
