When I decided to have bypass surgery, the first person I told was my friend Ruth. I knew that she would be there for me 100%and not only has she been there for me, but she was there for my husband as well. She actually took the day off from work when I had my surgery to be there with him. My other confidants were co-workers who supported my decision and were there for me in the beginning when things were a little rough. Then there have been my loser friends, Reggie, Miranda, and Esa. Reggie as become my exercise partner and has made working out fun. In all I thank God for all the wonderful people who were in my life before my surgery and for those who have come into my life since my surgery.
