Nito-Tech by www.muscletech.com which can be purchased in GNC stores in Chocolate, Vanilla and Strawberry as well as punch flavors. I have tasted only the chocolate and it is out of this world! It tastes pretty awesome! It has 45 g of protein, 6 g of carbs and virtually no sugar and is loaded with vitamins and nutrients! The can is 15 fluild oz. It really tastes good! It's kinda expensive and is purchased in 4 packs at about $16 at GNC (Cheaper online).

Can you compare it to any other protein drinks... Have you tried the EAS Advant Edge Carb Control??? Or maybe the powdered whey products??? I have discovered a high protein pudding that I really like. It is Stallone(Sly) High Protein Pudding, 6.4 oz. 20 grams protein, 2 grams carb, 0 grams sugar, 20% Calcium and 15% Iron. It tastes pretty good. It just has to be eaten cold. I got the vanilla cream at Vitamin Shoppe, 4 pack for 6.99 and the 4 pack milk chocolate at GNC for 7.99. It is available online from www.instonenutrition.com and they have two other flavors; banana cream and lemon cream. If any body tries this let me know. Lots of luck to all. I am 6 days post op today and feeling better every day. Good Luck to all. Terry Horn

Hi-is it true that once opened the proten drinks loose their protein within hours??? I would hate to waste $4-$5 just to have 1 or 2 servings (1oz-for a fresh post-op).Is it ok to seperate a can into 1 oz servigs and freeze them to use as needed?? I used to make baby food and freeze it in ice cube trays, then put in ziplok bags and keep in the freezer. Maybe this could work for this problem?? Also, is Prostat 64 really that horrible??

Hi Sissy,
I have never heard of protien drinks losing their potiency after they are opened. I don't think the protien could evaporate. For an acurate answer, you should be asking this question to Pat.

If I remember correctly Pat did tell me that after 4 hours that they lose something. It was a few years ago that she told me that and my memory is not what it use to be.LOL
So to be safe ask her.

I have found the muscle milk to be very good.and 7-11 sells the ones with reclosable tops so you don't have to worry about it going bad. I gave the name to Pat I think she told every one at a meeting but I am not 100% on that.
