Great!

I hope you told them that you found out about them through our message board. If not can you please let them know.

I belong to a ladies workout express near my house and I love it. I just started going back last week. I was having some problems with my legs but they are better now. I love working out and I feel so much better after I do it. Try to go as often as you can.

Good luck Kim and keep us posted.

Wow...I wish they were closer than Holbrook....too far for me to drive with my job and everything....

Do you know of any place closer to the East End that has something similar? Every place I've checked into is outrageous.....

I go to Curves in East Hampton, I am not sure but I think it is sort of the same as far as a 30 minute circuit. They do not have Treadmills, Eliptical or Bikes. There is also a Curves is Water Mill. I had to pay the registration fee of $75 plus $39 per month initially. Now it is just $39 per month.

Your right Christine they are very much the same. They both have pretty much the same machines.

I belong to Curves in Watermill....I'm just looking for some higher impact (with a lower cost to boot!! lol) cardio. Does anyone know of anyplace on the east end that offers kick boxing? I would LOVE to do that...

In East Hampton there is a kickboxing class on Three Mile Harbor Road. I can get you the name and contact information if you would like. Will you be at the meeting tomorrow? Sometimes the Colleges or High Schools offer different classes.

undefined Sorry...didn't see your post until today...I'm out of town on business and couldn't make it to the meeting...

YES!!! If you could get me that name and number that would be great... I've been looking in the local papers but all I have seen are the "hotshots" that are advertising looking for the cityit clients....

Thanks again! I'll be back in town on the 27th....

I just checked out Body Zone in Southampton...they have an upgraded fitness routine that ups your cardio, has resistance, etc. that I'm looking for... and they have a special on for the month of September that the membership fee is waived. Plus they have hours 7 days a week...with no closing at lunch, etc. like Curves does. I'm going to check it out...I'll let you know what I find out.

I joined...and already feel the difference. When I checked my heartbeat the very first time I was there it was already higher than it ever was @ Curves... it's great! $49.95 a month for a yearly membership, with no registration charge for the month of Sept.

Hey Rocky maybe you can explain about this aerobic/stability ball thing to us. Like what is it and what will it do for us? Thanks.

Hi All,
To answer your first question, if we can get at least 10 persons to sign up the cost would be much cheaper. I myself would not be running the class so I cann't tell you at this time the price. But I will talk to my partner and find out what she would charge. To answer Regina aerobic training consist of exercise that would keep your heart rate up so as to burn fat and calories etc. stability ball workout can consist of weight training or not on a ball. far as location it would depend on were we could get a place to hold such a class. If you know of a place please let me know Rocky
