Going for my surgery on monday the 25th a little nervous but I know I'm in good hands with Dr. Allam. Order my pro-stat today. how long did you stay on it.

Good luck on Monday. I am sure you will be fine...you have the best surgeon around. I had surgery in Oct 2004 and I am doing great. I did not use the Prostat, I use the Unjury chocolate protein. I make it in a blender with either cold milk or I heat the milk in the microwave and make hot chocolate.

Keep in touch with this board as you recuperate. There are great people here who will support you all the way thru!

I had my surgery in April and could not tolerate the pro-stat. I use Whey Protein. I either get the chocolate of strawberry flavored, I mix it with skim milk and the same flavored yogurt, chocolate is hard to find. Wishing you the all the best. Good Luck on your surgery...you'll be FINE!!!! I use the whey protein also... but I use the vanilla ice cream flavor and use it in my coffee every morning like a flavored creamer...it works great!

Remember to follow the plan that Pat has given you. Also make sure you 7_2_118.gi 7_2_118.gi 7_2_118.gi ! That is the best way to start to feel better. The more you walk the better you feel.
