Congratulations and welcome to the losing side. You are now a loser like most of us. image00123
I hope that your recovery is going well. Just remember to follow the plan take it slow and remember to walk. Try to walk a little more each day.
Terry I hope you have a before picture of yourself. This way in a month or two you can look back at it and see the weight loss. Believe me it is worth it down the road.
Keep us posted on you recovery. If you have any questions please post them here and someone will get back to you as soon as possible.

Thanks Regina for the encouraging words. I actually do have a question. It is about the childrens chewable vitamins. Does any one taste better than the other. I bought the Vita-Slim (K-Mart brand) Complete and they taste awful. Do the brand name Flintstone Complete taste any better???? Any advice would be great. Thanks again, Terry Horn
HI TERRI;
I tried the Flintstones and a generic brand of the vitamins. I think the taste of the Flintstones was better than the generics, not that the Flintstones is great either!!

I bought the Centrum Chewable with Iron and they are orange flavored. I liked them alot better than the chewable childrens vitamins. Just check with Pat first.

Thanks everyone, Christine, Do the centrum chewables have the iron we need? Has any one discussed with Pat about taking separate iron suppliements? Thanks, Terry

When I compared the label it had about the same or a little more iron than what the childrens chewables had.
