Anyone else using a CPAP for sleep apnea. I can't seem to get use to it. I feel better using it than without it but I seem to remember wake more often.

Hi Tony

I also have sleep apnea and have been using a CPap machine for about 4 years. It does make a huge difference in how rested I feel but it can also be very annoying. If the mask is not the right size or is not tight enough you have air blowing in your eyes and face and making alot of noise. It can also dry you out if you don't have it hooked up to a humidifier. I have also tied the nose buds and I thought my nose would explode. Lately I have tried sleeping without it and I get a better night sleep than I use to but I still snore BIG TIME. I am hoping with more weight loss this will improve.

Have you used a CPap for long?

Jean
