RECIPE FOR NOVEMBER

Ingredients:

One package of frozen cauliflower
1/2 cup of low fat ricotta cheese
1% Milk
4 slices (deli) low fat Swiss cheese

Cooking Directions

Cook Cauliflower until it is very soft (mushy), drain all water.
Place in bowl and add milk just enough to mix like mashed potatoes.
When done with that add by hand the Ricotta cheese.
Place in baking dish and place Swiss Cheese across top.
Bake in broiler until Cheese is melted.[b]
