smileysmil Hey there everyone.......
I'm looking for some high protien snacks. Something I have to make, not store bought. Any suggestions would be helpful. We get together and play cards on thursday nights, and I'm looking to munch. I just figured it won't hurt anyone if I put out some protien dips, appetizers, etc.....So bring on the ideas, PLEASE.

LETS GET THIS RECIPIE THING ROLLIN'....SNACKS, MAIN MEALS, DESSERTS....I'M SURE WE ALL HAVE OUR FAVORITES, LETS SHARE THE LOSERS WEALTH.
one of my favorites:
12oz container of fat free cool whip
any package of sugar free jello
mix well and refrigerate for at least one hour.
It makes the best fruit dip (dip in watermellon, cantelope, grapes, pineapple etc) my favorite flavor is kiwi-strawberry
