Hi Everyone. Just thought I'd check in before I took my walk this morning and say hello and ask a few questions. First I was wondering if anyone heard anything from Kim?? Did she get out of the hospital yet? Hope so! Secondly, after taking the protein and my vitamins I'm full no room for anything else! Is this normal?? Not that I mind cause IM DOWN 8ILBS as of today. WOO HOO

Glad to hear that you are up and walking about. As far as being full after that it is normal. Don't worry your stomach is so tiny that it won't hold a lot. Just make sure you drink plenty of fluids through the day so you don't dehydrate. Small amounts at a time. 11zwinky

That is definately normal. I am glad to hear that you are up and around. Walking is the best. You will feel better every day.

Was at the hospital last night to visit with Jean and she was the only one there of Dr Allams patients. So I would think that Kim is home and hopefully doing well. Hopefully she will post here soon to let us know how she is doing.
