THIS IS A PICNIC FOR ALL DR. ALLAM'S GASTRIC BYPASS PATIENTS AND THEIR FAMILIES WHETHER YOU HAVE HAD THE SURGERY OR ARE WAITING ALL ARE WELCOMED.

PLACE: INDIAN ISLAND COUNTY PARK
TIME: ALL DAY

I WILL BE MAKING UP FLYERS WITH ALL THE INFORMATION TO HAND OUT AT THE MEETING.

THERE WILL BE AN RSVP DATE. WE NEED TO KNOW THE AMOUT OF THE PEOPLE FOR THE PARK.

Take 39A to Sunrise. Get off at exit 65 N. (Route 24.) Follow Rt. 24 to Country Rd. 105. Turn right. Go over bridge and pass the golf course. Exit ramp for Indian Island is on the right after the golf course.
