I dont know if anyone else has tried the Spring Valley Calcium, but it is great and it is sugar free and less costly than viactiv andless calories. The Viactiv tasted really too sweet to me after surgery and when I went to walmart I found this and tried it. The chocolate tastes exactly like a tootsie roll, but that is not why I switched, as I said the viactiv was way too sweet. So now I get my calcium, less carbs, less calores and less cost too! x2.gif
