I have joined Ladies Workout Express along with Bobbie. We go everyday 6 days a week. Let me tell you that the first two times we went we weren't able to go around it twice. Well that is not the case now. We go around twice and then sometimes use the machines after we are done. I would never have done this if I didn't have the surgery. I am thankful everyday that I had the surgery done and that I can now exercise. We feel so good when we walk out the door after our work out. What makes it nice too is that we have each other to go with. Thanks Bobbie for joining with me.
