b-12 anyone?

I was just wondering if anyone has tried that new b-12 spray that was talked about a few meetings ago? I was wondering if it was any better than the sublinguals? Any takers?

Sorry I missed the meeting. I started a new job at a massage therapy office. Just a few hours a week, but of course tuesday nights was one of them. I will try to schedule a tuesday off soon so I can make it out.
Hey Regina, how's it going? I referred a friend to Dr. Allam and she is waiting to hear from her insurance. She alfready had the lap band and it didn't work. So now she wants the "real Surgery" as I call it. Talk to you soon

padrole As far as the b-12 spray I haven't heard of anyone so far in our group that has used it. I still take that one little pill once a week. That seems to be fine for me. 11zwinky

Sorry you didn't make the meeting maybe next month you will be able to make it. dr201 DeBellis was great he answered a lot of people’s questions. I know he answered a few of mine.
