hey thanks Regina,
i had a great day today!
i stayed home from work,relaxed at home
had a nice dinner with my wife
had some birthday cake
then went to the support group meeting.
im glad i went too because i am in need of
a tummy tuck so i will be calling the surgeon
very very soon.
