Hi, I heard that chicken is very difficult to digest by most. What about Turkey? and Turkey sandwich meat? I have just entered into the 4th phase and going slow with it. Thanks in advance. Weeza turkey

I would suggest that if you are going to try it start off with the deli sliced turkey turkey . Have them slice it as thin as they can. All you can do is try it.

Also with chicken if you really want to try it and you are up to that stage try the dark meat.padrole White meat even at times for me and I am 17months out may be to dry.

You are now getting to the part where you try things. 11zwinky What works today might not work the next time.padrole It is just what happens to us. It will be hit and miss.
