Calcium question

Hi All, Regular_Wa
As usual I have a question. Pat told me to get Viactiv, which I did. I just read on OH that post op patients need to take Calcium Citrates, not Calcium Carbonate. The Viactiv is Calcium Carbonate???? I'm confused.
What type of Calcium do you all take?

Hi Stacy... I told you about the pre-natal vitamin I take to help with b-12, it also helps with calcium. For some reason that one pill has it all. Good Luck.
