Hi all, I just joined Bally's and am loving it. I've been dying to try Pilates, they have classes at the gym I'm still too chicken to try it in public. So I got the X-ball and Pilates kit at Target, unfortunately when I set it up the instructions said it cannot be used by people over 250 lbs. Not to be thwarted I went through the video anyway and just substituted all the ones that involved putting my full weight on the ball. It was great!

Hey Jenn way to go with the gym and trying Pilates. Guess what Miranda and I went last Tuesday at the gym where I go. Ladies workout express. It was great. We felt so good after we were done. Where I go it is on Tuesdays night and it is only $5.00 dollars. If you want to go with us hey give me a call. I don't know if Miranda is going to make it this Tuesday but I am going. Now the only thing that is different in the one that we went to is that there were no balls that you are talking about. It was all floor work stretching and balance and we used a ring. Sorry Jenn I wasn't home when you phoned me. As far as tomorrow [Tuesday night) the class starts at 7:15pm. If you do want to go let me know. I like to get there early because it gets filled up fast. So either write back on here or call me. Hope you can make it.

I would like to go to the class with you. I rescheduled my personal training appt so tomorrow evening will work great for me. I'm at work right now but I'll try calling you when I get home or you can leave a message here letting me know where the gym is and what time I should meet you.

I just want to say thanks to Miranda and Jenn for joining me at Pilates. Its great to have friends to go and do Polates with. A big Thanks to my Partner Bobbie (Barbara) who is always with me every morning to work out. I am glad that we started this together. I feel Great :D Thanks again to all ;)
