weight gain

I had my surgery a year and a half ago and have lost 120lbs., which is wonderful.....but I have been able recently to eat more and more. I know if I continue this way I will definitely gain weight and I cannot control myself. I don't think I have to say that I am not eating salad....lol. Anyway I was just interested if any patients who have had this surgery longer than one year ago have gained any weight back and if so how much. How much can one gain after this surgery?? Safely I mean...

Sorry to hear that you are gaining weight. I am just a little over 1 year. I have not experienced that yet and hope that I won't. I would suggest to you that you try to come to our meetings. Our next one is This coming Tuesday November 16 at 6:30pm @ The Hampton Bays Library ;)

No, I did not gain weight as of yet...I just said I was able to eat more and would gain if I continue at this pace. I was told that at the support group about 6 six weeks ago that someone there had said she was gaining weight and I wanted to know if anyone else has had this problem.... hmmm
