Hi Everyone,

I will be taking the leap on Oct 7th, 2004. I have read alot of your postings and testimonials and am very excited to begin my journey. I have been overweight my whole life and am tired of the yoyo diets and the brow beating I give myself after. I am going into this with no reservations and can hardly wait to start my life as a healthier me. I will let you all know if I feel the same after the hospital (only kidding)..........

Welcome Elaine to the group. You will be so very pleased with Dr Allam. I just want to also say I think I know who you are LOL. Your sister is the one who works at King Kullen? she and I have had lots of talks all about the surgery. I am looking forward to meeting you tonight at the meeting. See you there.
