I was having trouble taking my 2 Citracal [horse]pills everyday and a lot of times just skipped them. That's bad and I knew I needed to do something. I looked all over for the Citracal chews and found out they don't make them anymore. So, I found Tropical Oasis liquid calcium on-line at Vita Cost. It tastes ok & I'm back to taking my calcium faithfully. I did find out that we can only absorb 500mg. at a time. So I take 1 tsp 3xdaily instead of the whole tbsp all at once. It is soooo important to keep up with your supplements for the rest of your life. Darla
