Hello Family,

I totally agree, I have been shopping like crazy on ebay lately as I to have dropped sizes dramtically. I bought some really nice clothes for myself and Joshua for almost nothing. The funny thing is most of them came from NY, Long Island to be specific. And being in Florida I am getting the deals of a lifetime on summer clothes. Have a great time at the picnic wish I could be there. But it is not in the cards. Love to all. JUst an update on me I am down to 199 pounds and feel wonderful. I was asked to travel to Jamaica on a missions trip with my church for 11 days and to speak at a Woman's Rally on addiction. So I am gearing up to travel and enjoy my work for the Lord. God Bless Dr Allam and his staff.

God Bless Losers

Sandy-

Way to go on your weight loss!! Congrats!

I think e-Bay is going to be the way to go for them! Kristen is an avid bidder on Italian Charms for her bracelet anyway, and she also just found a book( "Nimby"-her childhood favorite) at Half.com , so it's right up her alley.

My sister is in Florida, as well. Fort Lauderdale, to be exact. She said it is hotter than she can ever remember right now. How are you holding up? In Fort Lauderdale, there is a Lord and Taylor clearance center. We used to have one here- near Smithaven Mall. I bought so many beautiful designer label outfits there for next to nothing! A dress from Evan Piccone for $19.00, A sweater for my daughter from The Great American Sweater Company for $0.75!! If that's close to you, it may be worth a trip! I can get an exact address for you, if you want. I am considering sending my sister a check, and having her do my winter shopping for me!!

Have a wonderful trip to Jamaica! I was asked to help set up a hospital on a missions trip to Cambodia, but it has been delayed. (God is in control, not me, so I assume there is a good reason!) I am sure that whatever you have to say will be said in love and received with JOY!

We'll be thinking of you tomorrow at the picnic. (Ironic that a bunch of people who eat very little are having a picnic, don't you think!! lol :p ) Stay cool, and write soon!

God bless..............

Thank you for your well wishes. I am surviving the heat, having lost the weight makes a big difference. Although central air helps also. I am in central florida so Ft Lauderdale is about 3 -4 hours from me. But it might be worth a road trip when I get back. Yes it is ironic that we plan activities around food even when we don't eat half of what we used to. I wish I was going to be in NY in early fall like last year I got so many good byes for Joshua at Kohls for next to nothing. Maybe my aunt ( Joyce) will be up and around by then and go shopping for us. LOL. Have a great time. I will post a album of my trip when I return and I am so greatful for the opportunity to have this experience. We are having our 1st Ladies Night Out at our church, our version of a slumber party, with out kids or men, no offense guys you know we love you, so we all have to bring a snack and I made Quiche, one of my favorites. Have fun tomorrow. Tell Regina to post pictures of everyone so I can keep abreast of things. That is what I enjoy most about the message boards is reading how we all do this thing one day at a time.

All our Love
