I've been eating weight watcher and lean cuisine dinners constantly of late. I know they are full of salt, but is that an issue if I low - normal blood pressure and drink enough water? They are also convinient, loaded with protien and vitamins and make it easier for me to know exactly how many calories I am consuming in any given day. None of the ones I buy is over 300 calories and some are less than 200. I work all of the time now and even at home so my family is pretty much dependent on convinience foods to survive. I do still cook when there is time maybe twice a week. Please let me know what the consensus on this is.
