What are your plans for the cooler colder months ahead of us? For those of you who were so active during the summer and walked on the beach or took walks outside what will you do now. I know that we can still walk on the beach and outside since it is not cold out yet but what will you do once that cold weather really hits us.

Do any of you belong to a gym? Do you have exercise equipment in your home that you haven’t used in a while? We all know that exercise is a great way to help us lose the weight build muscle and helps us when stressed. Exercise helps us in many things.

My question for this month’s topic is:

What will we do to keep fit now that the summer is over?

Lets hear some ideas you have for the fall and winter months. Tell us what you plan on doing. Maybe your suggestion will help someone else out.
If you belong to a gym and others live near you maybe, they can join and you can go together. It is nice sometimes to have a workout partner. This way when one of you say you don't feel like going maybe the other one will give you a little push to go.

So come on everyone I want to hear what your plans are. I would like to hear from more people then the usual ones that always post here. Lets here from some of you who have just had surgery or even those who are waiting to have it.

With the end of summer comes the end of people being on vacation. I am looking forward to sitting at my own desk again. LOL I'll be shleping kids, but I've started this new routine with a band. It's resistance training and my shoulders are really starting to get cut. It doesn't take much time. I can do it while I watch tv. There are instructions in the box, but you can get a dvd.

As I said, I also got a new dog. I'm loving our walks and she is making friends with the neighborhood dogs. It's sooo cute to see these dogs sniff and run around together and when she doesn't like a dog she growls and barks. Now mind you she is a tiny little shitzu and some of these dogs are 100 pounds! You have to see it! I'm going to laugh the pounds off.
