Hey Everyone, im a recent post op and looking for a community to talk to.

I'm Currently looking for good tasting protein drinks. I see that alot of people are in love with AchievONE. Have any of you guys tried it. After shopping around online i have found that http://ibariatric.com has the cheapest prices. They are a bit pricey but if they taste as amazing as everyone says, than i can justify the cost.

Hi, Jess when did you have the surgery and which one did you have. I was also wondering have you been to any of our meetings? If you have, I am sorry that I don't remember who you are. I talk to so many people that I have a hard time always putting a face to the name. With saying that it reminds me is there a way that maybe you can post a picture of you as your avatar. This way then we, can all put a face to your name? Thanks:)

I wanted to welcome you and thank you for posting. Are you a patient of Dr. Allam's? Which procedure did you have and how far along are you? Please let us know a little more about you so we can give you a more detailed answer to any of your questions.

I had the Lapband done in June of 2007, and I like the Nu Whey bullets. I do think that no matter which way you choose to take your protein that it has to be cold. I am not familar with the Achieve one, but I am sure that someone on this board will inform you on it. Please let us know how you like it when you try it so we can pass the word on to everyone. If I were you, I would try to purchase one or two at first to see if you like it instead of buying a whole case. You never know if you can tolerate it or not so it doesn't make sense to purchase a large amount at first.
