Another Great Meeting

Great meeting last night !!! It was nice to see that so many of us attended the meeting............what a wonderful support system we have in place. Thanks to everyone who attended and see you all at the next meeting . Connie

I agree Connie it was a great meeting last night. It is was a very informative meeting. I think that our meetings have come a long way and it’s a nice mixture of Gastric Bypass and Lap Band patients. What’s also nice is that although they are two different procedures they are similar in many ways. Makes no difference which one you have we are all there for the same reason. That special tool to help us lose the weight was for most of us the last thing to help us end that roller coaster ride that we have been on for years and years and years.

Never let anyone tell you that we took the easy way out. When they walk in our shoes for all the years that we did and get to the point where we needed this to help us succeed then and only then can they say something. I bet any amount of money that they would never say that we took the easy way out.:)

It was a great meeting. I look forward each month to these meetings. I consider everyone in our group as my extended family. I was so happy to see everyone last night and I can't wait for our next meeting.
