Picnic Please Reply

Hi, Everyone I really need to get people to commit to this or we will not be able to have the DJ. In the other thread, I had a poll for yes or no to have the DJ. I am closing that one since it seems that no one is voting. I am starting a NEW ONE here. SO, PLEASE VOTE even if you voted in the previous one.

Sorry to keep bugging you about this but I sent in deposit along with the signed contract so we can reserve the date to use the DJ. I want to collect the money $10.00 per member from everyone at our next Meeting JUNE 17. If you can't make the meeting, you can bring your money to the office and give it to Carrie or Pauline there.

Thank you to those at our last meeting who already paid me for the DJ. Even if you paid me, can you please cast your vote again? Thanks.

I've seen your post and just hve dropped the ball. As I stated before that with my work Iwon't know until the day before if I will beable to attend BUT I will pay up and set up what I can...

Thank you both for replying. It is getting hard to find out who wants to do this with the DJ. No one seems to be replying. :(

I am hoping at our meeting on June 17 that I can get more people to commit to it and pay the $10.00 per member fee for the DJ.

I also plan on going over things about it and at that time, I will see who wants to do what for the kids. I know I have some names here on who said what so I will gather that and bring it to the meeting. Thanks again. :)

You know you can count me in. I really want to stress to everyone out there how important it is to reply so Regina can get this thing going. She has really put a lot of work into this and she really needs to get a head count so she can put the finishing touches on it. Please post your answer and get your deposit in either at the office or bring it to the meeting on the 17th.

Dear Regina and Friends,

I wish I could go, but circumstances beyond my control prevent me from going to the picnic this year.

My mother-in-law has to have cancer removed from her right lung, rather emergently and my husband and family really need me at this time.....also my husband is performing in a play that very day (of the picnic), and he can't get out of that.

I hope everyone has a great time and I will do my best to make it to July's meeting! I will keep coming here and posting, so I remain "in the know" and getting my support here until I can make the live meetings.

About the picnic, maybe if he finishes early that day you can still take a ride to the picnic. I will send you my cell number and you can give a call ahead of time to make sure the party is still going on. :)
