Hi Pat, I am sure I already asked you this but I have forgotten what you said. I have been trying so hard to not eat the bad things again and so far so good.I have lost 8LBS already. My problem is this. I know you said 1500 calories for me and I stay under that amount at times. There are times I have only gotten up to 1000 a day which I don't think is a bad thing I hope.
I know that we need the protein and I try to get in at least 80 grams if not a little more. What I don't know is this:
How many Carbs and fat a day should I be having a day.
If you can maybe help me with this, I would so greatly appreciate it.
