2 cloves garlic minced
2 tablespoons mustard
½ cup + ¼ cup of your favorite barbeque sauce
1 teaspoon Adobo
1 packet of Sazon Goya

• In large bowl combine all ingredients accept for ¼ c. barbeque sauce
• Place mixture into a baking dish of loaf pan and shape into a loaf
• Cover with aluminum foil and bake in 350’ oven for one hour
• Remove from oven
• Remove foil and top with remaining barbeque sauce
• Place back in oven for an additional 30 minutes at 375’

This meatloaf is very tender and juicy, but if you prefer, you may serve it with gravy. Heinze Beef Gravy only has about a gram of fat per serving.
