How long

I have a question.
Once you get finished with all of your test and see Dr. Allam for your final appointment to pick out your surgery date, how long from the date of that appointment did you have your surgery? I am seeing him on the 4th and wonder how long it takes because I am supposed to go away racing the end of June and I would LOVE to have had it by then. I guess I am just wondering if it is like 2 or 3 weeks or so?

Hi Debbie,

It probably depends on the hospital and how busy they are, but I don't think it is more than a week or two if I remember correctly. You need to get pre-certified for surgery and then I think it's a go in about a week
