This recipe states two servings but with the size of our bellies, I would say at least four :cool: You can add berries, syrup you enjoy, spray butter...
ALSO IF ANY OF YOU TRY THEM, GIMME SOME FEEDBACK!!
I actually add an extra packet or two of splenda and and an extra egg white and it makes a sweet crepe style pancake (YUMMMM)
1 cup rolled oats (non-instant)
1 cup cottage cheese
6 egg whites
1/4 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 packets splenda
Toss all in blender at medium speed for two minutes and grill up as you would any pancake batter. ENJOY~
