Sorry it took me so long to post this info, but to be honest, i forgot. Thanks to Regina and Jamie, I now remembered.........

this was the cheapest site I found, the liquid protein is by a company named IDS and it is found by looking up:

IDS::New Whey Liquid Protein I personally like the 25gm its smoother.....

Thank you so much for posting this info, there are so many protein supplements that it sure helps if you can get it a little cheaper in this day and age.

You can also get them at Vitamin World in the Riverhead outlets. I think they cost about the same and you can but a couple of different flavors to try them out first, but you just can't beat the convinience of online shopping!:)
