"ONE DAY AT A TIME"

That is how I have been able to hold on these past few months, one day at a time! I have so much trouble doing the smallest tasks.

For the past month, I have been marking off the days. On the "27th" I had "27" days to go. Now I am nearing the end, and close to my new begining. Someone at the meeting mentioned that I should journal my thoughts along the way, so I can see my progress. I will also take all my measurements before Monday. If you have any other suggestions before I go in, how else to prepare, please let me know.

Thanks for the encouragement. I am so excited, I feel like this is a new start. How are you feeling after your"25" pound loss?

Is the second week as good as your first?

I met someone the other day that had the surgery, and she looked great, still about 50 lbs off her goal, but she eats whatever she wants, including a whole bagel with butter. I was with her, she are that without a preblem. I do not want to be able to eat like that again, that's how I got here in the first place.

I know everyone ois different, but after all the hard work you are doing, don't you think you would want to change your eating habbits?

I am ready................

Talk 2 U soon..:p

Hey Esta just want to wish you luck again.:) I hope you can get some sleep tonight. I know the night before my surgery I couldn't sleep.:( I was to excited and nervous. ;) I knew that the next day was going to change my life forever. :D And let me tell you it has. I Love my new Life that Dr Allam has given me. I wish you all the best for a speedy recovery and a painless one too. Just do what they tell you to and you will be just fine.;)
Like Brian says Take One Day At A Time. You will see how happy you will be once you become a loser. Tomorrow will be that for you The Beginning of being called a LOSER like the rest of us LOL. Go Luck Esta :D ;)
