I am new to this forum and I think you all will help me to enhance my knowledge. I have been here many times and have always found this to be a great place for information and advice about a wide range of topics Paul

Welcome to our home. I hope that you will tell us more about you such as did you have the surgery already? If you did which one did you have and when? Or are you thinking about having the surgery and again which one do you plan on having.

If you live near by why not attend our support group meeting. We have them ever third Tuesday of each month. This months meeting is on April 15.

Below you will find directions to the Library in Hampton Bays where are meetings are held each month.

DIRECTIONS

From the West:
Take the LIE east to exit 70. Head south on the Eastport-Manorville Rd. (County Road 111) to the Sunrise Hwy. Take the Sunrise east to exit 65, the Hampton Bays exit. *The exit ramp leads into Route 24; head south to the traffic light. Turn left at the light onto the Montauk Hwy. Follow this into Hampton Bays, turn right at the third light onto Ponquogue Ave. Follow this 1/2 mile to the Library, on the right at the corner of Ponquogue and Argonne Rd. West.
From the East:
Take Sunrise Highway west to exit 65. Follow directions from * above; or take Montauk Highway west to Hampton Bays, turn left at the first traffic light onto Ponquogue Avenue.

From the North Shore:
If you come into town on Route 24, the Riverhead-Hampton Bays Rd., follow directions above from * above.
