Hey, I was just wondering if we are all ready for the nice weather. Are we all ready to take off our winter clothes and get into shorts, tank tops, and swim suits?

i definatley am being this month apr 26th will be a year out of surgery i am now in a size 10 and lookin good! The best i have ever looked in my whole life! I am so grateful of doing this surgery! No more depression of summer coming and cant wear shorts :) Thank you Dr Allam you changed my life!

I am only 3 months out and I am more ready than I have been in 10 years. I have gone from a size 22 to a loose 16 (some 14's) in just 3 months.

I went to a bridal shower and after I left I realized I wasn't the biggest person in the room. Usually I think that while I am there but my size didn't occur to me at all this time. It normally did with every bite I put in my mouth.

One week today since my lap band..............I have so much energy.........I've been walking alot, can't wait for warmer weather to introduce an exercise routine..........I already feel thinner....maybe it's the all liquid diet, but the energy level is terrific. See you all at the next meeting.

The cotton market has nice t-shirts 2 for 10. I bought 4! Just buy stuff one size larger because everything is, well, cotton. LOL They have longer shorts, too! It's my new favorite summer store now that I can wear regular sizes. Question, though. Where can I find actual clothes for a woman my age (33) for like work? I'm so used to Lane Bryant that I have no idea where to get my work stuff. Fashion Bug is OK, but not really quality stuff. Ideas please...

Hey quebell my favortie store to shop is mandees, i was never able to even shop there before, but yeah they have nice stuff and target also they have nice slacks and blouses for work.

just to let y'all know that i've now graduated to seeing Dr. Allam every-other-month!!!! weeeeeeeeeee.....AND......for an even more weigh-in update (even Dr. Allam's). As of today, I'm down from 250 pounds to 140!!!! Psyche!!! NO!!!! I'm not ready for shorts or "un-turtle necks"!!! Unless I spend alot of time in the privacy of my own backyard. i can always cool down by flappin' the excess skin danglin' from my arms! hahahahaha!!!

P.S. Regina....I need your help (what else is new?) in posting a more updated pic other than the one of my "bubble head". It's becoming quite scary! hahahaha
