Follow up after surgery

Well I had my first visit with the Doc today and meet 2 pleasant ladies at the same time. It was a good start to a good day so far.

Metal removed and now it's back to the tread mill......

So far since the 17th, my surgery date,

I am down an amazing 26#

I found a place in FARMINDALE called CWI MEDICAL. It sells for 26.50 for the bottle which I think is close to the price on the net. But I saved on the shipping charges and did'nt have to wait the time too have it shipped.
