½ Pound large shrimp tails removed, peeled, deveined and quartered
1 Cup evaporated skim milk
1 12 oz. bottle clam juice
1 small can sliced mushrooms drained and rinsed
1 box Green Giant vegetables in alfredo sauce (Low Fat Sauce)
¼ medium onion chopped fine
1 tablespoon minced garlic
2 tablespoons corn starch
¼ cup parmegian cheese
¼ teaspoon lemon pepper
1 package Shirutaki Spaghetti rinsed for 2 minutes under hot tap water
Butter flavored cooking spray
Salt and Pepper to taste

In microwave prepare alfredo vegetables
In a heavy skillet heat cooking spray on medium until hot
Add garlic and onion and cook until brown
Add evaporated skim milk and 8 ounces of clam juice
Bring to a simmer
Add mushrooms and prepared vegetables
Add lemon pepper
In a cup stir corn starch into remaining clam juice until dissolved
Stir into skillet until thoroughly combined and thickened
Add cheese and spaghetti
Continue to cook stirring frequently with a spaghetti claw for 5 minutes
Add shrimp
Cook 2 minutes
Remove from heat. Shrimp will continue to cook from the heat in the pan.
