Well it's sat night a about 3:30 in the morning and I can't sleep so I thought I would write.
I had mine on Mon and I am very happy so far.
I can't even begin to discribe the difference already. I'm down an amazing 22# in 6 days. I'm sure a lot of that is water but it feels great.
I was very nervous about it when the day came and I had a little buyers remorse on mon after because of the pain BUT WELL WORTH THE HOOP JUMPIMG.
When I say pain it was not from the surgery itself but from the breathing exercises afterwards.Blowing that little ball up and down in the that blue thingger made my ab sore.



This is the best part.............


I'm a chef and have had weight sruggles all my life. FOR THE FIRST time in my life I don't get that constant craving to eat.

I'm just not hungry.

The menu from Pat for the first couple of days is boring and not very fresh. But after I got over the fact that so little liquid can fill you I was shocked!!!!

The PRO STAT is OK you have too aquire the taste for it but besides that I'm doing well.

I have my follow-up on tuesday the 25th , hopfully to remove the staples.(but they have not been a problem, at all)

Glad your doing well...Thanks for the encouragment....Had my pre-op today and visit with Dr.Allam tomorrow. I'm getting excited,finally the date is approaching. Where do I buy the pro stat ???? I want to be all prepared when I come home, I have been taking chewable vitamins will I be able to continue with them or should I get liquid vitamins ???
