Here is the recipe for tuna mousse I spoke about in Dr. Allam's office last week. I recomend putting it on soy crisps like a dip. It's low in fat and high in protien.
1 can of tuna in water
1/4 cup of Hellmann's light mayo
1/4 cup of fat free sour cream
1/4 cup of fat free cream cheese
1/4 cup diced onion (optional)
salt and pepper to taste if you like
Drain tuna well.
Place all ingredients in a mini chopper or food processor.
Pulse untill smooth.
Refrigerate for at least an hour before serving.
