undefinedThis is amazing! It's great for kids cooking day. I'm eating it right now and it really tastes yummy.
100% Whole Wheat Mini Pitas
(As many as you need, but a serving for post op is 1/2)
olive oil spray
Any low fat / low sugar pizza sauce (or sauce from recipe of the week - spaghetti squash)
Low fat mozzerella
toppings of choice
I like meatballs and mushrooms!
-Preheat oven to 350'
-Spray both sides of each pita lightly with olive oil.
-Place on cookie sheet and bake for 30 minutes until brown turning after 15 minutes
-Remove from oven and cool 15 minutes
-Cover each pita with 1/4 cup sauce
Let the fun begin....Add toppings of choice
-Top with cheese
-Bake at 350' for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and slightly golden.
