Glad to see that more people have joined this site. Now lets see some post from all of you. Dr Allam has worked hard on this site for us let’s show him we appreciate it.

Ok now for my news I am down 63 lbs as of today December 16th 2003. I am feeling great. Bobbie and I still go and work out everyday. If any of you want to join us we are at the Lady's Workout Express in Middle Island. The people there are so very nice. All of the people are friendly there. not sure of how this works but going to try. This is Debbie from Shelter Is. and as of today 95 lbs going to the office tomarow afternoon. everthing going well, went to a christmas party sat night and danced up a storm. Had a great time. Well see you at out christmas party

Welcome Debbie. It is so good to see someone else post here. I saw Dr Allam today and we were talking and wondering why no one is using the message board. I told him that maybe they don't know how to do it. I told him that I would post it on here how to use. Anyway glad you had a good time at the Christmas party you went too. I am looking forward to Dr Allam's on Sunday. Will you be there? I am bringing music so we can dance there. So put those dancing shoes on again LOL. From what Jen said she ordered some good food. There will be drinks there also for those who can drink. :( not me LOL Well again Debbie great to see you post. If you need any help with this just e-mail me ;). Oh yeah before I end this I want to say Congratulations on your weight loss. I know I wrote in here yesterday that I was down 62lbs but As of today it was 67lbs :D. See you hopefully Sunday......

yes I will be there on sunday and the dress is, well on that my neice used for the prom last year. Had to find something. Congrats on the weight and see you on sunday

That is great about wearing your niece’s dress. The funny thing about it is that I just bought an outfit for my nieces wedding. It was this past November. I am so glad that I will be able to wear it one more time before giving it away. LOL In fact if someone comes up to me that night and likes my outfit I will bring it to them at the next meeting. I don't think I will have any use for it after Sunday.:D That's a good thing though. Well I have to get some music together for Dr Allam for the party. This way we can dance the night away.;) See you at the party.
